Sales Representative

Dura Composites delivers tough, reliable solutions for construction and infrastructure. We're growing and looking for a people-first Sales Representative who's hungry for success. Someone who learns fast, knocks on doors, and turns conversations into orders for a product you'll be proud to sell.

At Dura Composites we are an expert in the design, manufacture and supply of Glass Reinforced Polymer (GRP) products which are widely acknowledged to have major advantages over more conventional material options as they are less energy-intensive in development and have an extremely long lifecycle.

The role

You'll work the phones and the field: respond to enquiries, visit customers, prep quotes, follow up, and help move deals to "won". You'll be coached by experienced leaders and have clear targets.

About the Job:

• Prospect, call, and visit customers, log activity and pipeline in the CRM
• Prep quotes, follow up relentlessly, and close straightforward deals
• Manage a small account list and grow it with repeat business
• Learn our range so you can match problems to solutions
• Support basic sales admin and monthly reporting

About you

• 1–2 years in sales/customer service (retail/hospitality welcome)
• Confident on the phone and face-to-face; resilient and target-driven
• Organised, reliable, and coachable
• Strong Microsoft suite skills.
• Driver's licence and willingness to do local site/customer visits
• Bonus: experience in construction/manufacturing
