Job Description

Ampol, a leading retailer, seeks an experienced retail leader to drive performance and excellence in its Western Australian stores.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service Excellence: Lead by example in providing outstanding customer service, address customer inquiries, and resolve complaints to ensure a positive experience.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, manage inventory, place orders, and ensure the store is well-stocked and organized.
  • Drive Performance: Focus on profitability while managing costs, expenses, and waste.
  • Adapt and Excel: Thrive in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment while balancing competing priorities.
  • Execute Strategy: Bring our convenience retail strategy to life.
  • Availability Required: Flexibility to work weekends and overnights when needed.
