Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Engineering Manager to lead our production team and drive the successful extraction of gold at our underground operation.

This pivotal role involves overseeing a team of junior engineers, developing and delivering safe and efficient production plans, and ensuring adherence to operational excellence standards.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and experience with mining software and Microsoft tools.

  • Develop and implement weekly drill and blast activities
  • Schedule and manage 3MS processes using Deswik IS
  • Ensure continuous improvement of drill and blast standards
  • Promote a high-performance culture through coaching and feedback

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strong technical skills in mining engineering
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Experience with mine planning and scheduling software
