We are seeking a highly skilled Gold Production Leader to join our team.

Job Description

The successful candidate will lead the safe and efficient extraction of gold at our underground Beta Hunt Operations, ensuring operational excellence in weekly drill and blast activities.

  • Plan and supervise drill and blast activities with a focus on optimal recovery and minimal dilutions.
  • Schedule and manage the 3MS process using Deswik IS.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong level of proficiency in mining software (Deswik IS, Deswik CAD, Deswik UDGM, VEntsim) and Microsoft tools.
  • Tertiary qualification in Engineering.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to take a strategic approach to continuous improvement.
  • Current Western Australian Class C Driver's License.
  • National Police Clearance.
