We're seeking a flexible and team-oriented professional who is ready to support our centres and children wherever and whenever needed. Your commitment to safety and inclusivity will ensure every child has enriching and responsive learning experiences.

About Our Centre

Nestled in the Sunshine Coast Hinterland, our centre offers a convenient location close to community amenities, local schools, and shops. With over 20 years of operation in the area, we've established a strong staff retention rate and a supportive work environment.

Your Key Responsibilities
  1. Actively contribute to the education program in the room and the centre team
  2. Engage and supervise the children at all times
  3. Maintain a safe environment for children, families, and team members
  4. Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with children and families
  5. Comply with National Quality Standards and Goodstart policies and procedures
