**About the Role**
For BOQ to deliver on its purpose, values and strategy, it's critical that the KYC Operations team members achieve and continually build upon the knowledge, skills and accreditations required to perform their role well.

The KYC Learning and Coaching Manager works with the broader KYC Operations Leadership team to provide a wide range of learning solutions to cater for the training needs across the KYC Operations Team. This position will be responsible for facilitating workshops in addition to assisting with the design, development and maintenance of training materials for delivery to the KYC Operations Team.

Coming from a banking or related environment, you will also have the skills to teach and train on complex business structures.
