About the Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to develop and implement strategic initiatives that mitigate energy and climate risk. This role involves working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive commercially viable solutions.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Recommending resource plans to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of cross-functional teams
  • Facilitating Steering Committee meetings and providing comprehensive briefings
  • Establishing project governance and delivering project reports
  • Leveraging strategic thinking to drive commercially viable solutions

You will also be responsible for promoting project delivery in alignment with development plans and targets.

About You and Your Skills

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong experience in project management or sustainability strategy
  • A relevant tertiary degree in Sustainability, Business, Commerce, or Engineering
  • Experience managing direct reports
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence stakeholders
