  • Media Buying and Planning: Manage media buying and planning processes to ensure optimal ROI and campaign performance.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals to achieve business objectives.
  • Performance Analysis and Optimization: Analyze campaign performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimize media spend for maximum ROI.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including creative, product, and analytics, to ensure seamless campaign execution and maximize business impact.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in paid media management, with a focus on digital marketing.
  • Skills: Proven expertise in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta Ads Manager. Experience with attribution modeling, creative automation, and CRM integration is a plus.
