The Planning and Performance Advisor is responsible for providing high-quality support to the Department of Transport and Main Roads by performing duties relating to compliance reporting, governance, corporate correspondence and risk management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the creation, coordination, and upkeep of performance reports and dashboards managed by the Planning and Performance team.
  • Coordinate divisional corporate measure reporting activities, including the annual review of measure definitions and quarterly reporting of measure results to senior management.
  • Coordinate division-wide input to departmental compliance reports, including the Service Delivery Statements and Annual Report.
  • Support the maintenance of the Divisional Risk Register, including strategic, high-level operational, WH&S and fraud risks.

This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex information to stakeholders.
