Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Grounds Maintenance Professional to lead our grounds maintenance team. This key role will be responsible for delivering high-quality grounds maintenance works across various locations in Queensland.
Main Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage grounds maintenance activities at multiple sites
- Supervise and assist junior team members as needed
- Operate machinery such as whipper snippers, blowers, and mowers to manage vegetation and debris
- Perform general maintenance on plant and equipment
- Ensure all safe work practices are followed
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in landscaping, gardening, or grounds maintenance with a strong focus on team management
- Current and clean driver's license with reliable transportation
- Valid Police Check
- Reliability and willingness to travel
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively
- Strong commitment to safety and quality
- A minimum of 2-5 years of horticulture experience is preferred for this role
