Commercial Grounds Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Commercial Grounds Maintenance Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the upkeep and aesthetic appeal of commercial properties.

This role involves carrying out general grounds maintenance tasks, including lawn care, mowing, and snipping, as well as landscape maintenance and plant care. You will also be involved in conservation and land management activities, such as native plant installation, weed identification, and implementing sustainable landscaping practices.

  • Hardscape Maintenance:
  • Seasonal Cleanup and Debris Removal:

In addition to these responsibilities, you will be working collaboratively with a team of dedicated professionals to deliver high-quality maintenance services to our clients.

Key Qualifications and Attributes:
- Grounds Maintenance Experience: Proven experience in commercial grounds maintenance is essential.
- Detail-Oriented: Attention to detail is crucial when it comes to maintaining the aesthetics of commercial properties.
- Reliability: Dependability is key in delivering consistent and high-quality maintenance services.
- Qld Construction White Card: Possession of a Qld Construction White Card is required.
- Chemical Spray Experience: Experience with chemical spraying for weed control and pest management is preferred.
- Own Transport: You should have access to your own transportation to get to crew meeting point.
