We are seeking a highly skilled Employment Lawyer to join our team and contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional legal services to our clients.

About The Role:

  • Provide legal advice and guidance on employment law matters, including contracts, policies, and disputes.
  • Conduct legal research and stay updated on developments in employment legislation and case law.
  • Assist in drafting and reviewing employment agreements, settlement agreements, and other legal documents.
  • Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and hearings related to employment disputes.
  • Collaborate with senior lawyers on complex employment litigation cases.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, providing proactive and strategic legal solutions.
  • Assist in conducting workplace investigations and advising on compliance with workplace health and safety regulations.
  • Participate in professional development opportunities and stay current with industry trends and best practices.

Skills & Experience:

  • With 1-2 years of PQE in Employment/Workplace Relations law.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Demonstrated commitment to client service and professional development.
