Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical leadership and guidance to the care team
- Develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
- Foster a culture of respect, empathy, and compassion within the care team

Requirements
- AHPRA registration as a Div 1 Registered Nurse
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work as part of a tight-knit team and delegate effectively
- Strong understanding of Resident Rights and Aged Care Accreditation Standards and their Outcomes
