Family Healthcare Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive clinician to lead early childhood health outreach across Central Australia.
This role is part of our Healthy under 5 Kids Partnering Families program, providing specialist clinical outreach care to children under 5 years and their families.
The goal is to improve child and family health outcomes through early intervention strategies and education for Population and Primary Health Care staff.
The program includes growth and development assessments, vaccinations, parenting support, and advice in age-specific child health checks.
About You- You will be a dedicated and culturally responsive clinician with high-level clinical knowledge and skills in Child and Family Health or related field.
- You will have strong decision-making and problem-solving skills, commitment to lifelong learning, and ability to travel to remote communities.
Key requirements include:
- Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia or eligibility for same.
- Ability to travel to remote communities by 4WD or light aircraft as required.
- Hold a current NT driver's licence (or eligible to obtain) and be confident driving a manual vehicle in regional and remote settings.
