This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Health and Fitness Manager to lead our team and drive members towards their goals.
About The RoleThe successful candidate will oversee the daily operations of our health club, Coaching Zone, and personal training programs by providing leadership and direction to a passionate fitness team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Staff scheduling within budget constraints
- Total attendance reporting - Personal training, Coaching Zone, and casual attendance tracking
- Ensuring high member engagement on the gym floor
- Coordinating and delivering functional group training programs
- Achieving personal training session targets
- Tailoring Personal Training sessions to meet client needs
- Managing safe and efficient health and fitness programs
- Maintaining equipment in good working order
- Enhancing NPS and mystery shop scores according to adopted KPIs
We are seeking a dedicated leader who stays updated with industry trends and techniques. Experience in leading a team to achieve collective and individual targets is essential.
Required skills and qualifications include:
- Current First Aid Certificate (Level 2)
- Current CPR Certificate
- Working with Children Check
- Current National Police Check
- Certificate III in Fitness
- Certificate IV in Fitness
- Fitness Australia Registration
- Experience working in a Health Club Environment
