Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate patients' speech and communication skills

  • Monitor and document patient progress towards treatment goals, ensuring accurate and complete records

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
  • Certification as a Speech Therapist in the state with current licensure
  • Minimum one year of experience working with patients in a home care setting
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with ability to travel to patient homes throughout designated areas
