Short Sprouts Speech Pathology are seeking an Allied Health Assitant to work in conjunction with our Speech Pathologist to help deliver therapy to our growing clientel.
- About You:_

Qualified allied health assistant, early childhood educator, or actively studying an Australian recognised undergraduate in Speech Pathology (in your 2nd year or above).

Must be availible 2-5 days a week with Saturday availibility highly regarded but not essential. We do not practice on Sundays.

Currently able or willing to obtain a Working With Childrens Check and Police Check
- About the role:_

The role pays $25.62 per hour with negotiable pay following a 3 month probationary period. Shift lenghths vary from 3hrs to 10hrs based on your availibility

Having a car and valid licence is favourable as some patients require at-home therapy (fuel reimbursment is included)
- You will be expected to:_
- Deliver speech therapy sessions in conjuction with the speech therapist
- Take progress notes following appointments
- Prepare and assist in planning sessions for patients
- Attend meetings and training sessions
- Have sufficent digital literacy in Microsoft Word
- Have a willingness to learn and grow

No minimum experience needed Multiple positions available

Pay: From $25.62 per hour

Expected hours: 5 - 20 per week
