Project Manager Role Overview

This key role involves overseeing projects across the entire project lifecycle, from initial feasibility and due diligence through to planning approvals, delivery, and construction.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing stakeholders, ensuring milestones are achieved, and monitoring progress. They will also prepare and review feasibility studies, budgets, and financial reports.

In addition, they will oversee projects through various stages including design, construction, and completion.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in Project Management or a related field.
  • A background in civil engineering design and/or project management is highly regarded.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to engage and negotiate with various stakeholders.
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing priorities.
  • A proactive team player comfortable working hands-on across all project phases.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Property, Finance, Planning, Engineering, or a related field.
