Key Role in Clinical Research

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing clinical trials, ensuring that projects are conducted in accordance with relevant regulations and guidelines.

  • Perform site qualification visits to discuss trial protocol, study requirements and other documentation with investigators and trial staff.
  • Support feasibility assessments, site selection and start-up activities, including leading the preparation of submissions for human research ethics committees.
  • Negotiate site budgets and assist with contract execution.
  • Perform site initiation visits to train investigators and trial staff in the trial protocol and data collection methods.
  • Conduct interim monitoring visits to ensure adherence to the trial protocol, verify participant source data and perform product accountability checks.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • A bachelor's degree in life sciences or a related field.
  • A minimum of three to four years' experience in clinical trial monitoring within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology or CRO industries as a senior clinical research associate or CRA.
  • Prior experience in managing early phase oncology trials is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with electronic data capture systems and clinical trial management systems.
  • Strong knowledge of site management from feasibility through to close-out.

This role requires strong autonomy, excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of clinical research principles and practices, along with advanced problem-solving and analytical skills.
