Job Summary


We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Coordinator to join our team at CPC Engineering. As a key member of our project management group, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing multiple projects simultaneously.


About the Role


The successful candidate will have a Bachelor of Engineering or Science in Engineering, with at least 5 years of relevant experience in mining projects. You will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.


Key Responsibilities


Deliver multiple projects within set timelines and budgets while ensuring zero harm to personnel and the environment.

Manage project schedules, resources, and stakeholders to ensure timely completion.
Coordinate with project teams, including engineers, contractors, and suppliers to achieve project goals.
Review and approve project documentation to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Monitor project costs and expenses to ensure they remain within approved budgets.
Develop and implement contingency plans to mitigate potential risks and issues.
Maintain accurate records and reports to track project progress and performance.

Requirements


To be successful in this role, you will need:



  • A Bachelor of Engineering or Science in Engineering, with at least 5 years of relevant experience in mining projects.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Familiarity with Mines Safety and Inspections Regulations and associated Acts.
  • Current WA Driver License and Permanent Residency or Australian Citizenship status.

What We Offer


CPC Engineering offers a competitive salary package, including a base salary of $110,000 per annum, plus superannuation benefits and generous annual leave entitlements.
