About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Loyalty Manager, where you will be responsible for championing our direct-to-consumer loyalty programs.

  • Manage day-to-day program operations, including sign-ups, member care, and data quality to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to loyalty program enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Troubleshoot system issues and enhance customer experience by working closely with tech support.
  • Support internal champions and execute loyalty program communications to engage members and drive engagement.

The role requires 3+ years of experience managing loyalty programs, ideally in the wine industry or hospitality.
