About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Loyalty Manager, where you will be responsible for championing our direct-to-consumer loyalty programs.
- Drive wine sales by identifying member preferences and tailoring offers to meet their needs.
- Manage day-to-day program operations, including sign-ups, member care, and data quality to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Provide exceptional customer service and respond to loyalty program enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Troubleshoot system issues and enhance customer experience by working closely with tech support.
- Support internal champions and execute loyalty program communications to engage members and drive engagement.
The role requires 3+ years of experience managing loyalty programs, ideally in the wine industry or hospitality. You will be working in a hybrid environment and will have opportunities for career progression in a forward-thinking and family-owned wine business that places a strong focus on people and culture.
