About the Role

We're seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven individual to join our sales team. As a Mortgage Sales Associate, you'll be responsible for engaging with customers, qualifying leads, and setting appointments for our expert brokers. You'll play a key role in connecting customers with our property hub – an ecosystem designed to support them throughout their property journey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and determine how we can help
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads and book pre-qualified appointments into brokers' calendars
  • Identify opportunities for customers to refinance, purchase property, or explore lending options
  • Encourage customers to engage with our online platform, streamlining their loan process before their broker appointment
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Strong communication skills and a passion for helping people
  • Sales, retail, customer service, or call centre experience (preferred but not essential)
  • A keen interest in property, finance, or mortgage broking
  • Drive and resilience to hit goals and maximise your earning potential
