Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Property Loan Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing walk-in appointments and online leads with high-intent customers, guiding them through the home loan journey, and leveraging our expanded offering to earn referral income.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage walk-ins, online leads, and in-store appointments with high-intent customers.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking (or willingness to obtain it - we can provide support).
  • Background in sales or customer service roles.

  • Possession of unrestricted Australian working rights.
