Insurance Claims and Recoveries Officer: A Key Role in Ensuring Efficient Settlement Processes

Job Overview

This position is responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of insurance claims from initial submission to final settlement.

Main Responsibilities
  • Process and manage claims accurately and within agreed timelines
  • Oversee end-to-end claim resolution to ensure timely completion
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, partners, and third-party entities
  • Provide expert advice and support on insurance matters to internal and external parties
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a related field, such as Motor Vehicle Claims, Claim Recoveries, or Insurance Industry
  • Proficient skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with SAP expertise highly valued
  • Excellent customer service focus and ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Results-driven individual capable of working under pressure to achieve objectives
