About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Disability Support Worker to join our team at Healthscope Independence Services. As a Disability Support Worker, you will provide person-centred care to support our complex clients with various aspects of their daily living.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing personal care and support to clients with complex needs
  • Assisting with medication, shopping, and cooking
  • Supporting clients to achieve their goals and improve their quality of life
  • Working collaboratively with the care team to ensure high-quality care

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A valid NDIS check, CPR, and First Aid Certificate
  • Full COVID vaccination
  • Right to work in Australia
  • Relevant qualifications are favourable, but we will train the right candidate within house
