Job Title:

Senior Legal Counsel - Property and Construction

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Legal Counsel to join our team. The successful candidate will provide high-quality legal advice and guidance on property and construction matters.

The role involves working closely with our clients to understand their needs and providing tailored solutions. This includes providing legal advice on capital transactions, market processes, development activities, dispute resolution, and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in property and/or construction law, with a strong background in drafting and negotiating complex property and project documentation.

Additionally, the successful candidate will possess high-level written and oral communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage with key stakeholders.

Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualifications in law and admission to practice in New South Wales
  • Substantial experience in property and/or construction law
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
