Job Description

A depot administrator is required to manage customer service, order processing and administrative duties. The ideal candidate will be a team player with excellent communication skills.

The role involves providing high-quality customer service, responding to customer queries, and managing ongoing orders. The successful applicant will also be responsible for day-to-day administrative duties, including receipting, warehousing, reconciliation, dispatch and delivery of packaged lubricants products.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing excellent customer service to all customers
  • Completion of day-to-day administrative duties
  • Receipting, warehousing, reconciliation, dispatch and delivery of packaged lubricants products
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • High attention to detail
  • Customer service and stock control experience
  • Proficient in MS office
  • Understanding of safe work practices and transport/logistics

Other Information

Applicants should be able to demonstrate a 'can do' attitude and be willing to take on new challenges. Experience in the dangerous goods/ petroleum industry is desirable but not mandatory.
