About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our products and enhance brand awareness.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement integrated marketing plans to support product launches, brand positioning, and market expansion efforts.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscapes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive impactful marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Create compelling marketing collateral, including sales materials, presentations, and digital content, to effectively communicate product value propositions.
  • Manage digital marketing channels, including website content, social media platforms, email campaigns, and online advertising, to drive engagement and generate leads.
  • Coordinate with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing initiatives, such as advertising campaigns, events, and promotional activities.
  • Monitor and evaluate marketing performance metrics, including ROI, customer acquisition costs, and campaign effectiveness, to optimize marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Support sales teams with marketing materials, training programs, and promotional campaigns to drive revenue growth and customer acquisition.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, opinion leaders, and industry partners, to foster collaboration and drive brand advocacy.

Qualifications and Experience

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A Bachelor's degree or higher qualification in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of full-time experience in a marketing role, or a minimum of 5 years of relevant full-time experience may substitute for the formal qualification.
