Job Title: Compliance Coordinator - Training

 

  • Job Description:
  • Our organization seeks a skilled Compliance Coordinator to oversee training and compliance programs. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing and implementing training initiatives, ensuring alignment with industry standards and regulations.
  • The role is critical in ensuring staff are well-trained and that operations adhere to regulatory requirements.
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Develop, deliver, coordinate, and evaluate training programs, ensuring alignment with company policies and procedures, current laws, and regulations.
    • Ensure timely delivery of Compliance training requirements and maintenance of accurate records of completion.
    • Coordinate and facilitate training compliance audits and inspections.
    • Conduct regular training sessions and workshops for staff members.
    • Manage and maintain records of all training and compliance activities.
    • Collaborate with department heads to identify training/skill gaps and schedule appropriate training.
    • Prepare and present reports on training and compliance status to senior management.

 

  • Requirements:
  • A degree in Training and Development or a related field.
  • Experience in Training and Compliance or a related field, preferably with a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
  • Flexible working hours, including the ability to work between 5AM and 10PM onsite.
  • FMCG industry experience would be highly regarded.
  • Strong knowledge of safety, quality standards, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency or familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Oracle, Dayforce, or similar.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
