The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Expert to join our Superannuation and Financial Services team in Sydney.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a range of clients, including superannuation funds, wealth platforms, life insurers, and banks, on complex regulatory matters.

You will be responsible for advising clients on their regulatory obligations, including licensing, disclosure, and conduct requirements, as well as assisting with responses to regulatory investigations and prosecutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • a strong understanding of Australian superannuation and financial services regulations;
  • experience working in a specialist superannuation and/or financial services regulatory team;
  • excellent analytical and communication skills;
  • a desire to specialise in superannuation and financial services regulatory work;
  • a willingness to learn and develop your skills and knowledge.
