Job Overview

The Training Operations Manager role is a senior leadership position within a dive centre leadership team, responsible for ensuring high standards of education and customer service across all instructors and divemasters.

Key objectives include managing and controlling all aspects of PADI and other training in line with agreed standards, maintaining professionalism and adherence to procedures, guiding and mentoring instructors to improve performance, and collaborating with colleagues to ensure effective scheduling and smooth course delivery.

Responsibilities also include maintaining facilities and equipment, promoting retail sales through training programs, and implementing new courses and procedures.
