Job Title: Centre Leadership Expert

Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead a team of Centre Managers and drive quality care, development, and education of children.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing high-performing centres and promoting a culture aligned with our core values.


Daily Responsibilities:
  • Drive team engagement through positive leadership and modelling of organisational values.
  • Foster a culture of diversity, inclusion, teamwork, fairness, achievement, fun at work, and recognition.
  • Ensure maximisation of area's occupancy and revenue via local area marketing, enrolments and value add services.
  • Manage area full team ratio, considering required qualifications needed for positions.

About You:

The ideal candidate will be an optimistic, enthusiastic, and values-driven leader with 5+ years of leadership experience in the sector.

They should have a can-do attitude, willingness to challenge the status quo, and tenacity to succeed while demonstrating agility to adapt to changing priorities.


Requirements:
  • 5+ years of leadership experience in the sector.
  • Multisite or multichannel leadership experience preferred.
  • Employee engagement, coaching, and mentoring experience with proven ability to lead a dedicated team.
  • Passionate belief in the early years care, development, and education of children.
