Project Opportunity

West Moreton Health Service is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead the Maternity to Child and Family Health Transition of Care project within the Health Contact Centre.

This initiative aims to provide families with an early clinical telehealth consultation after discharge from maternity services, requiring collaboration between service and community providers to test the service model for potential roll out to other sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage scope, time, cost, procurement, quality, risk, human resources, and communication management in line with endorsed project management frameworks.
  • Report on project elements as required and develop written submissions, briefs, presentations, and information papers for stakeholders.
  • Enable informed decision making on project issues and collaborate with health service stakeholders to achieve successful project outcomes.
About You

We are searching for someone who:

  • Has high-level project management skills, including leading, managing, and directing multi-disciplinary project teams.
  • Demonstrates excellent leadership and people management capability to deliver projects in collaboration with health service stakeholders.
  • Understands the whole health system, including interrelationships within state and federal governments, non-government and private sectors.
  • Can enable informed decision making on project requirements and issues by developing timely and relevant written submissions and briefs for stakeholders.
