As a Senior Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading and developing your centre team to provide high-quality early learning and care.
- You will support the Centre Director in leadership and management of the team to deliver excellent outcomes
- Mentor and develop capabilities within the centre team
- Be accountable for the overall management of the centre in the absence of the Centre Director
- Apply best practice guidelines as outlined in our Goodstart Practice Guide
