About the Role

As a D365 F&O Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in optimising the use of Dynamics 365 across the business. Working closely with stakeholders across finance, operations, and IT, you will drive process improvements, gather business requirements, and ensure solutions align with strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document requirements across finance and operations.
  • Translate business needs into D365 F&O functionality and processes.
  • Work with internal teams and vendors to configure, test, and implement solutions.
  • Assist with change management, user training, and post-go-live support.
  • Identify continuous improvement opportunities to enhance system performance and usability.
What We're Looking For
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.
  • Solid understanding of finance and/or supply chain processes.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Experience in process mapping, gap analysis, and documentation.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
