Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage detailed financial forecasts and budgets to guide commercial strategies and ensure alignment with company objectives.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis on pricing, margins, and cost structure to assess financial impacts and support decision-making.
  • Prepare monthly management reports, board decks, and presentations that communicate financial performance and key metrics.
  • Drive process improvements and implement best practices in FP&A functions.
  • Work closely with commercial teams and senior management to refine forecasts and budgets, ensuring flexibility and responsiveness to the dynamic needs of a startup environment.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field; CFA or CPA preferred.
  • 5 years' experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a scale-up or high-growth environment.
  • Proven track record in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling.
  • Strong knowledge of financial software and tools (e.g. Excel, ERP systems, BI tools).
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to present financial information clearly to senior stakeholders.
