About the Role

As a key point of contact for customers, you will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming shopping environment that exceeds their expectations. Your ability to connect with customers on a personal level is crucial in building strong relationships and driving sales.

  • Maximising sales opportunities is essential in meeting sales targets and driving business growth. To achieve this, you will need to develop your skills in providing legendary customer service, identifying sales opportunities, and closing deals.
  • Maintaining exceptional store presentation is critical in showcasing our products and creating an engaging shopping experience. This includes ensuring that the store is well-organised, visually appealing, and free from clutter.
  • Selling additional value-add products (VAPs) and accessories is an important aspect of driving sales and increasing revenue. You will need to develop your knowledge of our product range and be able to effectively promote VAPs and accessories to customers.

  • Passion for fashion footwear is a must-have for this role. You should have a genuine interest in the industry, stay up-to-date with trends, and be able to communicate your knowledge to customers.
  • Some experience in a retail/hospitality environment is desirable but not essential. However, having a background in sales, customer service, or a related field can be beneficial in developing the skills and knowledge required for this role.
