About the Role

This position plays a pivotal role in supporting our Financial Services department by effectively managing fixed asset transactions and events. The primary objectives of this position are to oversee accounting processes, reconciliations, journals, and reviews of fixed asset transactions.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of asset accounting procedures, high-level financial administration processes, and strong computer literacy. They will be able to work collaboratively within a team environment, prioritize their workload efficiently, and communicate professionally with internal stakeholders.

The successful candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results. They will also have proficiency in operating relevant systems, including Computron, Magiq, and Assetic/Brightly, as well as Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

The role is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting on fixed assets, which includes processing and recording asset acquisitions, disposals, depreciation, and impairments.
