About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Manager to join our team in Victoria, focusing on Substation projects.

The successful candidate will be responsible for safely managing and coordinating all site activities in conjunction with the Project Manager, ensuring timely, cost-effective, and high-quality project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and supervise site-based project delivery, prioritizing safety and quality.
  • Coordinate sub-contractors and ensure the quality of their work.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks in accordance with PDS.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including sub-contractors, clients, and internal staff.
  • Provide accurate inputs into forecasting and resource planning.

About You

You will have a trade qualification in the Electrical field or a relevant construction or engineering related qualification.

With a proven track record of delivering projects safely, on time, and on budget, you will be a commercially focused leader with excellent site management skills.
