About the Role

As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you will support individuals through their whole rehabilitation journey, becoming a rehab expert and advocate for their recovery and health. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Advocating for people who feel disempowered to advocate for their own recovery and health.
  • Delivering counselling to individuals grappling with a sudden change in their career goals and circumstances.
  • Conducting assessments to guide individuals toward their new career.
  • Working with treatment providers to ensure the best recovery outcomes for clients.
  • Developing graduated return plans by liaising with doctors regarding appropriate timeframes and goals.
  • Case managing complex psychological issues and liaising with treating health professionals.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 18 months experience in Occupational Rehab.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Rehab Counselling or Psychology and registration with AHPRA or ASORC.
  • A commitment to being the best, with a phenomenal onboarding and the tools to excel.
  • A passion for helping people navigate complex rehabilitation plans.
  • A fantastic stakeholder manager, with effective communication skills.
  • A willingness to bring new ideas to the table and be part of a vibrant and diverse team.
