About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Rehabilitation Consultant to join our national team of clinicians providing clinical services and evidence-based case management for injured workers. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our clients to achieve their health outcomes and provide support throughout their rehabilitation journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform assessments and interventions across various environments, including family homes, workplaces, medical centres, and clinics.
  • Develop and implement individualized rehabilitation plans to support clients in achieving their goals.
  • Collaborate with our clients, employers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Provide education and training to clients and employers on workplace rehabilitation and injury management.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of our rehabilitation services and programs.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Psychology, or Rehabilitation Counselling.
  • Minimum 1 year experience as a Rehabilitation Consultant or in the workers' compensation sector.
  • Registration or ability to become registered with AHPRA, ESSA, ASORC, or RCAA.
  • A vehicle and driver's license.
  • A National Police Clearance, Working With Children/Working with Vulnerable People Check (or willingness to obtain one before commencement).
