About the Role

Gorilla Jobs is seeking a highly skilled Rehabilitation Consultant to join our team. As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality rehabilitation services to clients across various sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify barriers to recovery and develop effective return-to-work plans.
  • Provide expert case management, including developing and monitoring rehabilitation plans, liaising with key stakeholders, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, employers, insurers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Participate in business development activities, including networking and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of rehabilitation services through research, evaluation, and quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, or Physiotherapy.
  • Full AHPRA registration or ESSA.
  • Demonstrated experience in occupational rehabilitation and injury management.
  • Strong case management skills, including the ability to develop and implement successful return-to-work plans.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, employers, insurers, and other stakeholders.
  • Sound knowledge of relevant legislation, standards, and guidelines.
  • Current driver's license and comprehensively insured vehicle.
