Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily front office operations, working closely with the Front Office Manager to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Manage guest complaints efficiently, with dignity and respect for both the guest and the hotel brand.
  • Supervise and monitor Team Members, providing leadership and guidance to motivate the team to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Provide a high level of customer service, delivering a genuine and personable service style that exceeds guest expectations.
  • Assist in the preparation of rosters and utilize Excel on a daily basis to drive business results.

Requirements:

  • A vibrant and outgoing personality, with the ability to engage with guests and ensure they have a memorable stay.
  • The ability to maintain a high level of personal presentation as an ambassador for the hotel at all times.
  • The flexibility to work shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
  • A person with proven leadership experience within a hotel environment.
  • Knowledge of Sihot PMS is advantageous.
  • Previous experience in a Front Office hospitality role.
