We are seeking an experienced front office professional with a passion for delivering exceptional service to join our team as a Full Time Assistant Manager.
- Shift times: 7am - 3pm or 3pm - 11pm (the occasional overnight shift required)

As our next Assistant Manager, you will:
- Manage guest complaints efficiently, with dignity and respect for both the guest and the Accor name
- Supervise and motivate Team Members with true leadership ability
- Provide a high level of customer service and a genuine personable service style
- Assist in the preparation of rosters and use Excel on a daily basis
We are looking for a vibrant and outgoing individual who can engage with guests and ensure they have a memorable stay. You will be required to maintain a high level of personal presentation as an ambassador for the hotel at all times. Flexibility to work shifts including early mornings, evenings and weekends is essential.
Previous experience in a Front Office hospitality role is required, with knowledge of Sihot PMS being advantageous.
