About the Role
We are seeking a Human Resources Business Partner for Growth to join our team in Australasia. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting our People Strategy, coaching and providing quality advice and support to leaders and employees across the business.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing HR initiatives, interpreting employment legislation, preparing HR strategy reports, and drafting policies and procedures. You will also be required to provide sound and practical guidance and advice to leaders and employees, becoming the first line of contact between them and the broader People and People Services Teams.

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication and consulting skills, emotional intelligence, and the ability to build strong relationships at all levels. You should also have experience interpreting legislation, regulations, Awards and Industrial Agreements, and supporting both disciplinary processes and employee matters.

We offer a range of benefits, including flexible working arrangements, access to self-led learning modules, and eligibility for defence reservist leave, wellbeing leave, and paid parental leave. This role requires working with, or exposure to, US and AU export controlled technology; compliance with ITAR and Defence Trade Controls Act 2012 will be assessed.
