We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Community Programs and Events team as an Event Coordinator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting with the delivery of events, programs, and workshops to the community.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with event setup and teardown, including bump-in and bump-out
- Provide excellent customer service to the community during events and programs
- Liaise with contractors, stallholders, and suppliers to ensure smooth event delivery
- Handle ticketing and perform administrative duties as required
- Provide quality care to patrons, programs, and events staff and contractors at all times
- A hard-working, positive, and professional attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- A commitment to providing exceptional customer service
- Availability to work weekend and after-hours work, as well as flexibility to work during the week
- First Aid qualification
- Working with Children Check
- Driver's Licence
- Previous experience in customer service, ticketing, venue operations, community programs, or event delivery is highly advantageous but not essential
