Event Coordinator Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Event Coordinator to join our Community Programs and Events team. As an Event Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting with the planning and delivery of events and programs, including bump-in and bump-out, and providing exceptional customer service to our community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with event planning and coordination
  • Provide support during events and programs
  • Liaise with contractors, stallholders, and suppliers
  • Handle ticketing and administration duties
  • Provide quality care to patrons, programs, and events staff and contractors

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Availability to work weekends and after-hours
  • Flexibility to work during the week
