About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front of House Officer at the Don Russell Performing Arts Centre.

As a Front of House Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to attendees, assisting with event setup and coordination, and maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service to attendees, responding to queries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Assist with event setup and coordination, including setting up and tearing down equipment, and ensuring that the venue is prepared for events.
  • Maintain a safe and welcoming environment, including ensuring that the venue is clean and tidy, and that all necessary safety protocols are in place.
  • Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure that events run smoothly and that attendees have a positive experience.
Requirements
  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Availability to work weekend and evening shifts as required.
