Renewable Energy Sustainability Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead environmental impact assessments and approvals strategies on major projects.
As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring that major projects are developed sustainably and environmentally responsibly.
Our team is comprised of industry-leading technical specialists and environmental professionals who work together to deliver superior outcomes for clients.
Key Responsibilities- Lead EIS/EES projects and approvals strategies on major projects.
- Manage a range of projects within scope and budget, maintaining exceptional relationships with stakeholders and team members.
- Collaborate with technical team leads to develop and deliver outstanding results for clients.
- Support account directors in maintaining existing client relationships and developing strategies to pursue new business opportunities.
- Contribute to a positive team culture and mentor junior team members to develop their skills.
- 10+ years' experience in environmental planning and impact assessments, including 5+ years' experience in environmental consulting.
- Experience in marine and offshore environments highly desirable.
- Demonstrated expertise in Commonwealth and Victorian environmental legislation and their application to complex and major projects.
- Broad experience in other jurisdictions highly desirable.
- Tertiary degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, Planning or a related discipline.
- Authorisation to work in Australia.
