Job Description
As a Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for driving commercial and contract strategies that underpin the project's success. You will work closely with project leaders to develop and execute plans that maximize outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage financial and contractual activities of the project
- Partner with the Project Manager/Director to shape commercial strategy
- Mentor and support Contract Administration staff
- Plan and deliver training to enhance project commercial performance
- Take ownership of critical commercial activities essential to project success
Requirements
- Tertiary qualifications in Finance, Accountancy, Law, Quantity Surveying or substantial senior contracts experience
- Strong background in Contracts/Commercial Management within civil engineering or infrastructure
- Detailed knowledge of contract and subcontract models
- Expertise in forecasting, financial reviews, and commercial risk management
- Proven negotiation skills and experience in dispute resolution
